A Pledge for Me
I vowed to myself that every single month while I'm at LB, I will provide or give an awesome idea for an ad or anything that could raise their eyebrows.
It happened today as we had another WIP meeting and it was the best meeting I ever had. Some of my ideas for a product was actually liked by Kak Yasmin herself and she thought it was very interesting ideas . And you have no idea how it feels to have your ego stroked by the most famous ECD in Malaysia .
I'm glad for one, that made the pledge to do work that could raise my seniors eyebrows and Encik Ali himself, because it brings me satisfaction that my hard work and passion is getting recoqnize slowly. Although all the works that I do are mostly for my own satisfaction and no ones, but I'm halfy pleased that people are taking notice of my talent.
Arrogance? Ego? Called it whatever you want but, you shouldn't always be too hard on yourself because you might end up not enjoying the passion that you like to do. Always take a step back and see your achievements and pat yourself on the back, but don't start getting comfy by these praises. Balance it out and always remember this is a path that are made for the "movers and shakers" of the world.
