Starting on the 2nd of April I will be heading off to Dentsu Utama under the leadership of CD Hisham and MD Omar.
This is a huge leap for me again and I'm hoping so very badly to make an impact again. I know it's just a 3 months probation but just to know that they hired me and all made me think that all the hardwork and the agony paid off; yet be assured that I will not be getting any 4 star treatment there.

Сегодня прихожу в библиотеку Возле ящиков с журналами стоит дама, посмотрит журналы (у неё в руках), я подхожу, достаю из такого же ящика ещё некоторое количество журналов, хочу их попосмотреть. Тут она хватает журналы - те, что у меня в руках (!), пытается вынуть. И орёт "Я вообще-то их посмотрела! После меня будете попосмотреть!". Я ей говорю "Вы как себя ведёте? Это вообще не ваши журналы!", пытаюсь их вынуть. А она так сильно уцепилась, не отдаёт. Говорит мне "Я в данный момент библиотекаря позову", я говорю "Зовите". Короче, я взяла в толк, что безрезультатно, отпустила журналы и сказала ей, что она позорится, и ушла. А она потом ещё орала, ища поддержки у тех, кто видел эту сцену!!! Всё настроение испортила. Жалею, что не сказала ей что-нибудь типа "Вам лечиться надо". Ну и народ у нас, вроде никого не трогаешь, а всё точно еще кто-нибудь тебе или же в транспорте, или же в библиотеке да нахамит! А как вы реагируете на похожее хамское поведение? Как вообще верно реагировать?
