mentor oh mentor, where is art thou ..

Its been the 2nd day since I started at Leo Burnett.

Let me list the plus point that I earn so far

1.joined brainstorming session but still haven't contributed anything..yet
2.exchanging ideas with fellow art directors
3.shamelessly bringing my portfolio to show to all the creatives( i do mean all)
4.wanting and thinking of an idea to promote kinokuniya bookstore before Kancil Deadline
5. lost 1 kg
6.adapting to mac computers

Now the minus points.
1.Waiting for someone to give me something to work with.
2.Sitting my ass down while writing this stuff down.
3.Surfing the net without any direction ( wandering surfer)
4.waiting for someone to give me some work for copy
5.Still trying to shine among the big fishes.
6. no mentor found

sigh, its quite straightforward and as my quest to find a mentor still pushes forward with great perseverence,
i will get me a mentor.
