Time- My Attempt at Poetry

Time is gold,
Crumbling away into dust,
No longer has its value,
No longer has its gleam,
Just merely a part of earth,
An earth that is already dying,

Boom! Boom! Boom!
The bullets of wrath is released,
The sons and daughters returns to earth,
Forgetting fear and pain,
Leaving nothing behind,
Into dust,
No longer it gleams,
But just being part of the earth,

Brrrr! Brrr! Brrr!
The ocean rams the ground,
With anger and frustration,
Hurling the life under and above waters,
Paying the price,
For our tankers and expedition,
Drilling and sucking away,
The life of earth,

Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!
Are we too late?
What is it have we done?
The wet salt that I can taste,
Fills with sad and regret,
Why am I hurt?
Have I done enough?
Why am I seeking the answer?
For I am the solution,
I will begin,
Then you will too,
Time is not gold,
Time is for life,
