When Smokin Aces came out, I thought it had the phattest name for a flick but a disappointing story line. Hollywood was losing its edge in producing action movies with cool titles like the days of Blade Runner or MadMax.

But God answered my prayer and Ridley Scott decided to step up to the plate.
Known for his masterpieces such as Gladiator, Alien and Bladerunner to name a few, the maestro of epic movies returns with American Gangster.

And my advice to you, this is a classic keeper that you don't want to miss. Besides the Oscar buzz that's already surrounding this flick, it's bound to end on a good note as one of the best movies in 2007.
